These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Omwell Energy website and your purchase of our products. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Omwell Energy ("we," "us," or "our"), a business based in Ontario, Canada. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2. Product Disclaimers and Safety

Omwell Energy sells epsom salt and bath products intended purely for relaxation and general wellness. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Medical Claims: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. We make no health, medical, or therapeutic claims.
  • External Use Only: Our products are for external use only. Do not ingest.
  • Skin Sensitivity: Do not use on broken, irritated, or highly sensitive skin. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.
  • Age Requirements: Our products are intended for adult use. While safe for children, they must only be used under strict parental or guardian supervision. Keep products out of reach of children when not in use.

You are entirely responsible for reading all product packaging, warnings, and directions before use. Individual reactions may vary, and Omwell Energy is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow label warnings.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your Omwell Energy purchase. However, because we sell personal bath products, we must strictly enforce hygiene standards.

  • 21-Day Return Window: We accept returns for a refund within 21 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be absolutely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on any opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will, at our discretion, offer an exchange or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for opened products, even if defective.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Omwell Energy currently ships within Canada. All shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Omwell Energy is not legally responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omwell Energy, our directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or any damages arising from your use of any product, personal injury, adverse skin reactions, or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

8. Dispute Resolution (Mandatory Pre-Dispute Notice)

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of our products, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally.

You must send a written notice of your claim via email to privacy@omwellenergy.com. We will then have thirty (30) days from the receipt of your email to resolve the issue with you directly. If the dispute is not resolved within this 30-day period, either party may bring a formal proceeding. Any formal legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in the provincial courts located in Ontario, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
